Clowes Developments Uk is wholly owned by Charles Clowes and the group was formed in 1965. Cherwell Business Village in Banbury is one of 90 investments / developments owned by Clowes Group in the United Kingdom. The 17 acre site was acquired from Alcan in 2005 with vacant posession.
The Site is continuously being developed into a mixed use business location with a mixture of offices, manufacturing, light industrial, storage & warehouse facilities.
We have a cafeteria on site, providing breakfast, light meals and sandwiches throughout the day. In addition they provide both on site and off site catering facilities to enable occupiers to satisfy theirs and their clients requirements.
We have 2 meeting rooms available, which can each take 12-20 occupants at a daily rent of £75 plus VAT, or a half day rent of £40 plus VAT.
